Making International Payments

Convera and TransferMate were chosen by DePauw University to give you a simple, reliable way to pay. This allows you to pay in your home currency, either online or by bank transfer, with competitive exchange rates and takes the stress and uncertainty out of paying for your tuition. Access Transact Payments and select the “International Payment” option.

* DePauw University does not accept wire transfer payments for tuition and fees.

** Please be advised that DePauw also does not accept overpayments on student accounts. Please transfer only the amount due to your student account to avoid payment delays.

How do I Access Transact Payments?

Students will log in to e-Services (my.depauw.edu) and click “Billing/Payments” under the “Financial” menu on the left-hand side. Parents and other authorized payers will use the following link to access Transact. www.depauw.edu/thirdpartypay

How Do I select the Foreign Currency Option?

During checkout, students and families will select “International Payment” as a payment method. Then, they will be redirected to either Convera or TransferMate to complete their transaction..

How do I allow someone else to submit payments on my account?

Once logged in to Transact Payments, students will send a payer invitation to grant a parent, guardian, or third party access to view statements and submit payments.

When is my balance due?

Charges are due by the due date of the statement on which the charges appear. The 4-Month Payment Plan is available at the beginning of each semester on Transact Payments to those who wish to pay their total semester charges over four months. What happens if my payment arrives late or my financial aid is not processed by the beginning of the semester?

DePauw offers a five-day grace period before assessing late payment fees and placing holds on the student’s account. Please be sure to be mindful of holidays and mailing times when submitting your payment.
