DePauw provides several email distribution lists for groups of students, faculty, and staff. Many of these are generated daily from the Registrar and Human Resources databases, others are managed manually by individual offices, programs, or project teams. |

The DePauw ID card is used for swipe-in access to many buildings, meal plan purchases, library checkouts, admittance to campus activities and sporting events, access to the Wellness Center, and many other campus activities/functions. |

User Services provides audio and video support for campus events, manages audiovisual components of technology classrooms, and offers checkout, delivery, and setup of several types of audiovisual equipment for students, faculty members, and staff members. |

The Tenzer Technology Center, located in the Percy Julian Science and Mathematics Center during the Roy O. West Library renovation, offers workshops and a high-tech visualization laboratory where students can sharpen their technology skills in areas such as spatial analysis, data visualization, 3D printing, and other digital media. |

The Audio Recording Studio in the Green Center for the Performing Arts Center provides recording, mastering, and archival services for School of Music performances and provides unique learning opportunities for students interested in exploring the recording arts. |

The Music Instructional Technology Center (MITC) in the Green Center for the Performing Arts features a specialized lab classroom with tools for digital music synthesis, audio production, and score editing. |
